Cupcakes at school

Since Olivia's birthday was on Saturday, we took cupcakes into her classroom on Friday to celebrate.  Mom and Dad came along to help.  Mom read Olivia by Ian Falconer to the class.  We sang Happy Birthday and the kids dined on cupcakes and juice boxes.

Take a look!

First of all, the school has many rules.  One of them being that all baked goods must be store bought.   Olivia wanted a strawberry theme this year.   So I ordered cupcakes from good old HEB, added sprinkles and strawberry cupcakes toppers I found online.  I think they turned out pretty cute!

Pink for the girls!

Green for the boys!

Yummy!

The cupcakes were a hit!  Thanks for helping Mom and Dad!!

I will post the pictures of her birthday tomorrow... there are A LOT!

  1. Thank you Olivia for having us in your class to share your Birthday! Papa and I had so much fun-- I loved reading "Olivia" to all the children. Your class is so well behaved and polite. Mrs. Cisneros is such a nice teacher--all you children are very lucky to be in her classroom.
