100th Day of School

Today was the 100th day of school!  To help celebrate, the students could dress like they were 100 years old.  We weren't sure what 100 year olds dress like, so we called Kathy :)

It was such a fun morning!  The kids laughed at their gray hair.  They loved their glasses!  Both walked bent over with scratchy voices which made us laugh.

Just look at Olivia and her toothless smile - kind of appropriate for this day!

On the way to school I was telling them to be careful with their wigs, especially at lunch.  I asked Caleb what he was going to do.  He replied (in old man voice), "It will be tricky, little Miss."

  1. Gosh they looked so cute and they acted so old and funny!! Glad schools do some fun things with the kids...

  2. The kids are sooooo cute!!!!!!! What a fun idea! We celebrate our 100th day tomorrow!!! Next year maybe we should try the dressing up idea!

  3. They are such "cuties". So glad you called to get my input. Experience is everything, don't ya' know. (A quote from my favorite "ladies", the Baldwin sisters on the Waltons!!!!

  4. Great idea calling Kathy for advice! They are so adorable! I wish I was there to squeeze them all!
